Top 20 –Leadership Training Companies

As part of its commitment to continuously monitor the training marketplace for the best providers and services, TrainingIndustry.com today has released its 2010 Top 20 Leadership Training Companies List. This first annual list joins Training Industry’s current roster of top provider lists, designed to help arm buy‐side organizations in their searches for the right training partners.

Selection of the Top 20 Leadership Training Companies was based on the following criteria:
•   Thought leadership and influence on the leadership training industry
•   Industry recognition and innovation
•   Breadth of programs offered and audiences served
•   Delivery methods utilized
•   Company size and growth potential
•   Strength of clients
•   Geographic reach
•   Experience in serving the market
“Leadership Training represents one of the broadest content segments of the training industry,” said Ken Taylor, Chief Operating Officer of Training Industry, Inc. “Our list of Top 20 companies highlights the best in class organizations focused on the leadership skills critical to driving business performance.”
“TrainingIndustry.com’s review committee worked to ensure a comprehensive view of the Leadership Training sector to include companies that demonstrate superior capabilities in the customized design, delivery and methodology,” said Doug Harward, Chief Executive Officer of Training Industry, Inc. “Our Top 20 companies represent more than $600 million in 2009 revenue from this multi‐billion dollar segment of the training industry.”
As part of its ongoing process to serve the needs of training leaders and professionals, TrainingIndustry.com also will announce it first segment “Watch List” in the coming weeks. By reviewing the overwhelming numbers of application surveys and company interviews, the selection committee uncovered a number of exciting and innovative companies that are beginning to solidify their places in the leadership training marketplace.
